The atmosphere at Suna’nın Yeri in Kandilli is simply phenomenal — the location, the view, and the overall setting create a truly charming experience. The service was absolutely perfect; attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. However, I must say the quality of the food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the pricing policy, which I found to be on the higher side for what was served. Still, it remains a lovely spot for the ambiance and excellent service.

From the fish to meze, food was very tasty and fresh. The staff is very helpful and sincere. The location is wonderful, a whole view of Bosphorus lays in front of you as you dine in with the scent of sea. As someone who usually doesn’t eat this kind of Mediterranean style seafood, I would recommend a hundred times!

Place with very friendly vibe. Great meze quality and fish. Right next to the water.

One of the best fish and mezze places by the Bosporus. No reservation needed you can just show up. Great atmosphere. Service took a bit time sometimes as it was crowded but it was acceptable. View on Bosporus amazing. Prices recently increased, for three people we had 1 fish and 35 cl raki and couple of mezze for 6 500 TrY.

Lovely seafood restaurant offering picturesque views of the Bosphorus. The service is exceptional, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the food. It appears that the mezes are becoming smaller in portion size each day, yet they remain quite pricey. We ordered a fish called Mezgit and received three minuscule pieces, one of which had numerous bones. It was not a satisfactory fish dish to be served in such an establishment. Another surprising aspect was the service style of Rakı. Despite offering a 20cl bottle, they brought a 70cl bottle and poured it into another glass, resembling a carafe. This practice was truly frustrating. However, if these issues do not bother you, this place can be quite enjoyable, especially during the summertime.
