We had a lovely dinner this Saturday. At the front door very polite yound lady welcomed us and gave us the option to chose whict table suits us the most. The food is keepeing with the previous expectations we had in this restaurant. The staff was also very kind and efficient. To summarize, Saturday night very well spent in a great restaurant!

They have no good food no good & proper servise (I don’t mean waiters they were good but the woman :D ) this is not a good place to have good drink or food, cocktails are not so good 4/10, food was okay, only prawn cocktails were soo goood. Some people disturbed us because of reservation problem. Carpaccio was 6/10 I wouldn’t recommend if you have likited time in Istanbul, you should see more valuable and delicious pace (real restaurant)! 🤝🏼

The view at Lucca is nice, but the service really let the experience down. I waited quite a while before anyone took my order, and even longer when it came time to pay. The staff didn’t make eye contact, rarely checked on the table, and there wasn’t a single smile the entire time. For a place with such a good location, I expected much warmer and faster service.

it is a hyped and popular place in Istanbul yet I was quite disappointed with the service! I went with my friend on a monday noon to drink some cocktails and the wait time for 2 drinks was almost half an hour! The cheesecake was good though!
